Food and Water -supplies

Water is number one!

This is for just in case FYI! Don't panic or take this as any type warning!

Just common knowledge stuff to note and be aware of!
First you need to little by little stock up on bottle water and food supplies, first aid kits and anti-skeptics and a few fire extinguishers can not hurt to have handy! also you medications up to date.

It is said that the average person can live 3 to 4 days without water, may be closer to 3. and the average human can survive with out food for up to or around 30 days. Let's hope it does not come to this, but if you have been without water...it's probably best not to eat unless you have water. and watch out for salt can swell the tongue and mouth.

If you run out of water, first don't panic and check and see if you can catch some water from the Rain spout or drain, into a 55gal drum or buckets to clean and flush the bathroom. keep as many container of water available as possible and keep them covered and stir the water on a regular cycle to keep oxygen in the water.

more to come soon I promise....

regards,
Maxx
